"ACLU complaint intake / information request - automated response

Thank you for submitting your complaint / information request to the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah. We have printed your complaint / information request out and will review it. This process could take two to six weeks. We will notify you if we determine we are able to assist you....

If you do not hear from us it is either because your complaint does not fit within our guidelines or is beyond the scope of our limited resources....

Since then, a lot of other experts have been contacted, none of them have agreed to help, some of them suggested contacting somebody else.

There are a lot of false confession experts in the U.S., but generally they only work for lawyers, apparently they do not want to encourage people to review cases privately without going through official channels.

Here is a popular list of false confession experts.

https://web.williams.edu/Psychology/Faculty/Kassin/trialconsulting/conexperts.htm

This page will list the experts on this popular list along with their response to somebody privately asking for their help in researching the validity of a confession.

In most cases the people below are sent an email asking how much they would charge to review a confession and give an opinion.
