Instead of fermenting 24 hours at 100 Fahrenheit, ferment at that temperature only until the fermentation is obvious, maybe 12 hours, then stir it and put it around 60 Fahrenheit. The reason is probably that the fast fermentation starts a process where some of the garbanzo natto is oxygen starved and develops a different flavor.

3) A subtle but very clear effort by Google, and presumably the U.S. government, to obscure demographics in Chile with regard to indigenous populations may get a page. No doubt the people behind the effort consider themselves cutting edge, but they are clumsy.
